About Sarah
Hi! My name is Sarah. I am a Deakin University graduate of Zoology and Animal Science, graduating in 2024 with distinction. I am now studying Veterinary Medicine at Murdoch University. I have studied biology for many years now, and use my experience from coaching primary and high school students as well as adults to help classmates understand difficult content. I have a love for learning and fun, and promise to make classes both enjoyable and rewarding.

I make learning enjoyable, and tailor my lessons to best suit my student. I know everyone learns and grasps concepts differently. Using over 5 years of experience from sports coaching, I see when students are struggling with a concept, and use different strategies to consolidate their understanding, all while tailoring it for age and prior experience. I like to use analogies, real-world examples, diagrams, and encourage students to draw connections between concepts. However, if these don't work for you, let me know! I will teach however best suits you. Lessons will typically last an hour, and can cover school to early uni level content in biology, zoology, genetics, and physiology.
