I have 10 years of experience in the IT industry, starting as a Helpdesk professional and progressing to Systems Engineer. Over the past 5 years, I gained supervisory experience, with my most recent role as Acting Manager for the APAC Region in a manufacturing company. My career has equipped me with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to guide and support diverse teams. I am passionate about sharing knowledge, and I aim to help learners build confidence in computer literacy through clear, practical, and engaging lessons.
