About Scott
I want to teach because I have a genuine passion for the fitness industry and for helping people become the best version of themselves. After 12 years in the industry, I still find it incredibly rewarding to see someone achieve a goal they once thought was out of reach.
For me, there is no better feeling than seeing the confidence, happiness and sense of achievement that comes from helping someone make progress. Whether it’s a beginner taking their first steps into fitness, someone overcoming a personal challenge, or an athlete reaching a new level of performance, being part of that journey is what motivates me.
I want to share my knowledge, experience and passion with others, while helping them build confidence, develop healthy habits and enjoy the process along the way. I believe teaching is about more than just fitness — it’s about inspiring people, supporting them and helping them realise what they are capable of achieving

My approach is personalised, supportive and focused on helping each student achieve realistic, sustainable results. With 12 years of experience working with everyone from complete beginners to professional athletes, I understand that everyone has different goals, abilities and challenges.
I take the time to understand each individual and tailor training, nutrition and guidance to suit their needs. I aim to build confidence, motivation and consistency while making fitness enjoyable and achievable. Whether someone is starting their fitness journey or looking to improve their performance, I provide the knowledge, encouragement and accountability to help them progress
