About Arthur
Currently, I am English professor at a college and a high school in the Chicago area. I have had many years of experience teaching all levels of students and diverse learners, so I am familar with all types of teaching and learning styles. I have dual certification in English and history, and I also work as a teacher trainer and educational consultant.

Students will learn test taking strategies for reading comprehension and the grammar skills that they would need for success on the ACT and SAT exam.
Students will write well organized essays that express a clear thesis or argument with compelling prose, avoiding the problems of conventional English grammar.
For literature and creative writing students will learn how to analyze plot structure, theme, and character, as well as how to use the these elements effectively in their writing.
