About Lily
I want to teach because I understand that every student learns differently, and sometimes all it takes is a different explanation for a concept to finally click. I enjoy helping younger students gain confidence in their abilities and watching them progress from feeling unsure to solving problems independently. Mathematics can seem overwhelming at times, and I want to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and developing skills that will support them throughout their education.

I specialise in breaking mathematics down into its simplest steps so students can build confidence and understanding from the ground up. My goal is to help primary school students understand not just how to solve a problem, but why it works, creating a strong foundation for future learning while keeping lessons engaging, supportive, and enjoyable.
