About Hilary
Hi my name is Hilary. I recently retired after 21 years as a classroom Chemistry teacher to help care take my husband, who has Multiple Sclerosis, from home.
I love talking about Chemistry concepts. I like to use fun analogies to promote understanding, laugh with my students while staying on topic and get those AP test scores 3 or better!
I am excellent with all aspects of chemistry from basic stoichiometry and gas laws to advanced electrochemistry and thermodynamics. I enjoy helping students extend their understanding and watching them succeed after hard work.
