About David

Hi, I'm a NAATI-certified interpreter and translator (Chinese English). What does that mean for you? It means I don't just know English—I've passed Australia's strictest government-backed language exam, and I work professionally in legal, medical, and business settings.

I help students go beyond textbook English to speak with precision, confidence, and accuracy—whether you're preparing for a job interview, writing professional emails, or simply want to communicate more clearly in daily life.

My lessons are practical and tailored to your goals. No boring grammar drills—just real-world English that actually moves the needle.

First lesson is free, so we can figure out exactly what you need and how I can help you get there.

About the lesson

A Typical Lesson Plan (1 hour)

· Warm-up (5 min): A brief conversation to set goals and review previous material.
· Core Lesson (15-20 min): Introducing new concepts clearly and methodically.
· Practice (15-20 min): Applying what we've learned through real-world exercises and scenarios.
· Review & Q&A (10 min): Summarizing key points and planning for our next session.

My approach is practical and personalized. As a NAATI-certified interpreter, I focus on the English you need for the real world—whether that's for professional success or academic achievement. I use a communicative method, emphasizing role-plays and task-based learning to build your confidence and fluency.
