About Hilda
I am a dedicated full-time online tutor with extensive experience in teaching English as a Second Language to both adults and children. In my classes, I focus on creating a fun and engaging learning environment where students enjoy learning nouns, verbs, and adjectives through interactive games and activities. Additionally, I integrate elements from their daily lives to make meaningful connections to the parts of speech they are learning. I understand that language learning can be challenging, especially for struggling students, so as a supportive tutor, I provide gentle corrections and positive encouragement to foster confidence and create a comfortable space for students to learn and ask questions without fear of making mistakes. My approach aims to make language learning enjoyable while equipping students with the skills and enthusiasm to use English confidently in real-life situations.
