About Abisek
Hi, I’m Abisek; a Fitness Tutor who helps beginners and intermediate learners build strength, gain muscle, and develop confidence in the gym. My Approach to Tutoring: I focus on proper technique, safety, and consistency so you can see real progress. I break every exercise into simple steps, demonstrate first, and then guide you with clear corrections. I make sure my students understand why we train a certain way building both knowledge and results. I also provide nutrition guidance, helping you make smarter food decisions to support your fitness goals.
