About DAOYUAN
I'm a PhD student at Lehigh University studying math. I have the experience of teaching calculus, precalculus and statistics to a class of 30 students at Brandeis University for 3 years during my master program there.
One student of mine once said I totally changed his view about math and he decided to switch to math major. I have an excellent teaching review at the end of each semester.
I took math GRE math subject test and got 97%. I am confident that I understand what I teach.

My teaching method is to engage actively with my students and inspire them as much as possible. I find it's very effect to teach math in this way. When teaching a new concept in math, I always focus on examples and pictures to illustrate the concept and link it to concept already known to my students. I give frequent quizzes which I think are important to students to master new math.
