About Cassidy
Standing in a studio, you might feel the immediate tension that vocal training aims to resolve. Working with working professionals and grade exam candidates, I use my MMus from the Peabody Institute to refine technique. My background in Sherbrooke informs my approach to diction and articulation, especially in French mélodie.
Many students, including returning learners, struggle with vibrato control or basic range extension. We look at vocal health and care as the backbone of every performance. Microphone technique is another area where I provide specific, actionable guidance.
I enjoy watching students build performance confidence over time. Sight singing is often a secondary goal but proves vital for advanced singers. It is a rewarding process.
