About Delfina
"Training at the Peabody Institute for my Master of Music in Vocal Studies and BM Piano Performance shaped my two-way street philosophy. I was a pianist who found my voice and a singer who learned to accompany myself with precision. My practice combines piano and voice to ensure students understand how to phrase like a vocalist.
You will receive expert guidance on warm-up exercises, vocal range extension, diction and articulation, and vocal health and care. I also provide instruction on breathing control, stage fear management, genre styling, and sight singing to round out your technique. My training method works because I understand the anatomy of a complete performer."

"Sometimes I admit that I get just as excited as you do when we hit a difficult note. During our time together, I utilize my 13 years of experience to guide you through a diagnostic vocal assessment for every new student.
I bring a 7.0 approach to our work where we blend singing with piano accompaniment to ground your sound. We will spend 6 sessions together focusing on the mechanics of your voice. You might notice that I love to keep the atmosphere light and playful while we refine your technique. I look forward to working with you to find your true sound."
