About Doris
Having practiced for 5 years, I spent much of that time recovering from desk job strain. This experience informs my RYT-300 Ashtanga credentials as I work with intermediate students who crave structure.
I focus on safe alignment, Hatha fundamentals, and standing balances to help you move with ease. Developing a deep understanding of mobility for stiff joints is central to my philosophy.
I also specialize in backbends, core strength, and prenatal yoga to support various physical needs. It is truly rewarding to guide practitioners through sleep routines that promote wind-down. Connecting with my own recovery journey remains the foundation of my teaching style today.

Feeling the shift in your body, we prioritize precise form during our time together. I integrate my RYT-300 training to guide you through safe progressions in backbends and foundational Hatha sequences.
You will receive a weekly home practice plan with check-ins to maintain momentum. We focus on consistent mobility and core stability, keeping the energy grounded yet purposeful throughout our movement.
