I have been practicing yoga since 2017, and it has become an important part of how I connect with my body and energy. My classes are focused on mindful movement, building strength and flexibility, and learning to listen to what your body needs.

My approach to yoga is centred around mindful movement, body awareness and creating a healthy relationship with your body. I believe yoga is more than simply holding poses — it is about understanding your body, connecting with your breath and bringing more balance and energy into everyday life.
I aim to make my classes comfortable, approachable and adaptable to each person’s level. Whether you are completely new to yoga or already have some experience, we will work at a pace that feels right for you. Classes will include a combination of yoga postures, breathing and mindful movement, with a focus on building strength, flexibility and awareness over time.
