About Ali

Certified Yoga teacher from Sivananda ashram in Val Morin, Canada. I've spent 8 months in India to deepen my practice with masters I've met in Varanasi and Rishikesh. This class is for all levels, it's great if you want to strengthen your body but also relax your mind. Learn different breathing techniques to calm mental thoughts, have a better focus, meditation and discover your full potential.

About the lesson

Yoga is not about the clothes you wear nor the mat you have or the postures you are doing, Yoga is a way of being and this what I will try to share with you.
If you are tired of busy Yoga classes, or you want to discover the real spirit of Yoga then this is for you.
This one to one yoga practice will be adapted depending on your needs, different aspects and the eight limbs of this ancient tradition will be shared.
