About Edward
I began my Yoga practice at the tender age of five! Over the years this developed into a lifelong interest and I trained to be a teacher of Yoga fifteen years ago. Always expanding my knowledge and looking to share the art with others.

I was educated and trained in the Sivananda School of Yoga. With a strong tradition of Hatha Yoga (the postures), Pranayama (breathing) and Meditation. I make an effort to syncretise the Eastern and Western traditions, where possible avoiding overuse of technical terms and instead making the classes as accessible and enjoyable as possible.
