"Working professionals often hit a wall when they try to optimize complex database queries. I remember debugging a massive C++ codebase at 3 AM while my firm waited for the output. I built my career over 8 years in tech and management consulting. My students are adults and intermediate learners who need to master SQL and databases.
I emphasize CLEAN CODE practices because sloppy logic costs companies millions. I rely on my Statistics background to explain competitive programming and algorithms.
