About Kayla
I have a 200 hr YT Certification from Be Yoga and as a patron of mother earth followed my passions and have obtained a Masters Degree in Environment and Sustainability. I currently work as a Sustainability Coordinator at Mohawk College.

My teaching methods are based on the traditional style of hatha and vinyasa yoga with a bit of new wave yoga. Each class has a special intention that I move throughout breathe, music and asana to connect with the soul.
