About María

I have been a dancer for more than 16 years, I have experience in folk dances, urban dances, modern dances, rumba and aerobics. I am passionate about dancing and teaching others that through dance you can relieve all your tensions.

About the lesson

My methodology is based on discovering the key points of the body, knowing what rhythm we manage to be able to determine where to improve our postures, movements or positions, to make the dance that we perform the correct one. Always ensuring the safety of the apprentice.
