About Jerome

I am an OCT with qualifications in Primary, Junior, Intermediate, Senior, Special Education, Co-operative Education, Guidance and Career Education. My current roles include teaching for multiple Ontario school boards and teaching as a Provincial College as a Professor.

About the lesson

The philosopher Plato thought of education as a means to achieve both individual and social justice. According to Plato, individual justice can be obtained only when each individual develops his or her ability to the fullest. I also believe there is a grander purpose of education in a society. I consider education as a pivotal driver of change, advancement, and equality in society. I believe students learn best with a teacher that creates a warm, caring, fun and supportive environment where they always feel comfortable.
