About Annabelle

I’m Annabelle, half French half Italian. I love cooking and baking - I love food and the sharing aspect behind it. I love swimming and anything cardio. I also love learning and sharing educational knowledge. And I hate the social pressure behind weight loss journeys, yet I used to care so much about it. Now I’m indifferent to it because I have found my own food balance and what my metabolism expects from me in terms of nutrition.

About the lesson

Losing weight isn’t easy. There’s no trick or wonders, it’s work, with consistency and discipline. Yeah awesome… sounds terrible!! One sec, hold on: it starts with your eating habits. Let’s analyze them and you’ll see that you can eat better, feel better AND feel happy and have fun while losing weight. No one wants to be banned from eating pizza or sushi for dinner, say no to a drink with friends or be bound to eat avocado on toast for the rest of their life… that’s miserably boring - and not smart. I did find the right food balance matching my metabolism and I want to show you the way to life-changing eating habits so you can find or retrieve confidence in your own metabolism.
