About Ben

Bonjour! My name is Ben and I am a 23-year-old French tutor based in Richmond (London). I have a first class BA in French and History from Durham. I have spent time living in France, where I taught English to students between the ages of 11 and 20. I also have four years' experience working with A-level French students in their studies to help them with exam technique as part of a university mentoring scheme. Most importantly, I want to make lessons rewarding, simplifying and demystifying complex areas of French to make passing that exam so much easier. Learning a language should be fun and rewarding!

About the lesson

We build tailored and specific lessons around the needs of the student, whether that could be grammar made simple or help with a specific skill such as listening, speaking, reading or writing. Most importantly, love to instil confidence in students. It is necessary to make mistakes and then we can learn from them.
