About Patrick

My name is Patrick Kanyamuhanda and I have a deep love and passion for the game of basketball. I played in varsity in high school 2 years and collegiately for one year before pursuing player development and strength and conditioning. In my training, I take a highly detailed approach to help players reach their goals and beyond. Text my number, (concealed information), if interested.

I just love the game of basketball. Being able to understand the ins and outs of the game and teaching it to others is what I love to do.

I played basketball my whole life, 2 years varsity in high school then 1 year in college. In my first year of college, I decided to pursue my true passion, training, so I can spread all my knowledge and help others reach their goals.



I'm currently a college student at UCF and I'm studying Kinesiology.

About the lesson

I begin by watching the player's film, if accessible, and analyzing the player's game, their strengths, weaknesses, etc. Then, before our first workout, I discuss with the player on areas of their game that the feel they are proficient in and areas they lack to help establish a goal of our training going forward and what we need to focus on day to day. Throughout each workout, ill break the game down to player to help the player improve their skill and to help them better understand the game.

For strength and conditioning, I help the player develop the necessary functional strength players need in order to succeed on the court. If you aren't an athlete, I train in order to help you reach the personal goals you have for yourself and beyond.
