Unlock your female athlete's full potential as an unstoppable basketball force with personalized coaching that empowers both game skills and inner confidence.

With over 20 years of specialized experience training female athletes, including serving as head coach at powerhouse programs De La Salle and Campolindo High School, Coach Bill doesn't just teach basketball - he molds well-rounded champions for life.

On the court, your athlete will master fundamentals through laser-focused skill development sessions, from dribbling and shooting to team strategies. But the real game-changer happens between the lines, where confidence becomes her weapon.

Coach Bill's unique mind-training methodology builds the unshakable self-belief and resilience that separates good players from greats. Through positive mental conditioning, your athlete will conquer the inner battles of doubt, fear, and distraction that can sabotage her performance.

The initial session consists of an assessment of the player's ability. We discuss goals and build from the core of what the athlete excels at. Parents and kids love my enthusiasm and encouragement. Each session is timed and fast paced. I always explain the 'why' behind each drill and ask the athlete questions to make sure they are absorbing the lesson. Each session is unique to the athlete and built around what he/she needs to level up.

Have a plan or goal on what you want to accomplish

Set a realistic time line to reach it

Come ready to work hard with a growth mindset

Set-up an initial call with a coach to see if he/she is a good fit for what you want to accomplish

Look for a coach that has compassion, that will honestly assess you and provide an individualized plan based on your needs.

I put together a basketball camp for kids in need open to 4th through 7th grade boys. The camp was instructed by current and former Bay Area high school coaches.

The camp was more than just about basketball. The supporting organizations invited kids who have displayed leadership characteristics, determination, integrity and compassion in their approach to the world. Basketball athleticism played only a small part in the selection.

The kids got hands-on training from an experienced coaching staff. The kid to coach ratio was 4:1 making the individual attention for each kid a priority.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
1. Why am I hiring a trainer?

2. What is my goal/objective? (i.e. make the high school team, become an 80% or better free throw shooter)

3. What is a realisitc time frame to accomblish my goal?

4. How much instruction do I need to achieve my goal?

5. How hard am I willing to work to achive my goal?
