About John

Youth Training Zone

YTZ provides youth of the following ages from, 8 to 13 years old and they are in age groups of (6 – 9 years old), (10 – 13 years old), (14 – 17 years old), our active development for a one on one program and for a group program.

1. Youth Training Zone, organization, will always encourage young athletes and none athletes of all ages to develop their full athletic ability through our resources while learning Christian principles about how to stay in the game. This mean more skill practices with every one of the youths in the program. YTZ would like everyone making that big commitment, to work together with everyone, Making sure the youth has a better chance at life by working with the following parents, grand Parent, and coaches.

2. We strive to develop a program for each youth in mind, because every movement in the body starts with your mind.

Your mind is the driving force with your body and how it function, it is call muscle memory (where the brain stores and remembers information).

3. We strive to develop a program in which athletes of all ages, boys and girls can build on their abilities and experiences so they can set high goals as each person grows up.

4. They are taking the proper steps to reach those goals by building a healthy spirit and a strong foundation working with YTZ.

5. We provide a complete sports program that is challenging, rewarding, creative, and empowering of each individual that participates.

6. Conditioning youths on Life and Sports while learning Christian principles because to play sports you haft to know life and how it works.

7. The youth need to understand its your mind that will tell you to start studying, cleaning up, helping out, working out to stay fit. Building on how the internal spirit of the mind and body work.

Some youth will understand that it is your mind that keeps you motivated to come back for more; motivation is what keeps you going.

This you can call everlasting conditioning of the mind.

We support each child and create brighter lives for the youth of today's generation. YTZ purpose is to motivate and educate the youth on principles of strengthening the mind by developing a mental stability to improve their performance in sports and life skills. The program is an active plan to develop the young athletes and non-athletes to engage in a technique of a higher quality of education and training regimen for fitness and conditioning watching each child change each time of a changing season.

I played sports in high school and some college, I then enlisted into the military.

I have been training while I was in the military for fitness and conditioning of soldiers. 

I then became friends with a officer that was training children for running track. I began helping him with his track team. 

I was transferred to Germany and a friend got me to coach a girl basketball team that was 11 and 13 years of age it was challenging at the beginning and I got a young lady to help me to understand the difference between coaching girls and boys. I have been coaching and training every time gods wake me up each day of my life.

    Youth Training Zone 

            Session Training 

Hour long private training sessions focusing on player needs covering all areas that we will discuss for training. 

 8 Sessions a month - 

1 training day a Week is $35.00 a day. 

2 training days a week is $ 70.00 for two days a week. 

One day a week for 4 training session is a total Price $140.00 

Two  days a week for 8 training session is a total Price $280.00
