About Erik

Passionate player development coach with over ten years collegiate coaching experience. Former collegiate athlete that enjoys investing in his players to take their game to the next level.

My first coaching position came in 2008 and I have been coaching at the aforementioned various levels ever since.

I have been a Junior College head coach, an NCAA assistant coach, and varsity head coach in women's basketball over the past 12 years.

I have coached women's teams but have also had Mens players that I have developed one on one or in small groups during that time. I have trained, coached, and developed multiple all league and all conference players in that time for both Mens and Womens basketball.

The first step in the process is getting a feel for their dedication level and their future goals. What level are you playing at now and what do you feel you need to work on to get better.

The first lesson is usually an evaluation where I assess the athletes strengths and weaknesses and I combine what they wanted to work on along with I think we could develop as well.

I have worked with athletes of all different skill levels and have enjoyed watching them reach whatever goals they set for themselves.

Match your areas of growth within your game with their strengths as a coach. Really understand what aspects of your game you want to improve on and talk that through with your coach.

Over the past few years I have had multiple players make all league and all conference at the high school ane collegiate levels. See the joy on their face when they reach their goals is extremely gratifying.
