Experienced tutor in Basketball, Myles offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

His training is very helpful but at the same time its extremely hard. With these workouts im starting to see an improvement in my game.

His conditioning workouts have helped me become stronger, faster, and have more endurance. His basketball workouts have helped my handle become tighter, make jump shots consistently, learn new dribble combinations, and improved my basketball iq.

I've been with Myles a very long time and I can say he's the best trainer I've ever worked with. He pushes you to do your best and wants the best from you. He's very encouraging and very patient with you when you come across things you may find difficult. He helped build me to who I am now as player and I'm starting to get college looks. For anyone out there looking for a trainer if you want to get to the next level Myles will help you get to where you want to go.

It was really good training. I know that I'm back in shape and getting in better shape and my handles and jump shot is improving everyday. I just want to work more on the Vertimax so that I'll be dunking by this year
