About FLETCHER

I look forward to seeing young men progress and exceed in any level of football makes me happy at the end of the day. Starting from the ground up with the basics and taking it to the next level so they can apply these football drills on the field. I've been coaching and training youth for over 13 years in the Central Florida area and i've also played football for years in College level and CFL level. I look forward to passing on the knowledge that i've gained throughout my playing career that helped me become a better athlete.

I get started with footwork and balance everything football related starts there regardless of any position

Well i played college football for 4 years All-American 3 out of my 4 years; played in the CFL for 2 years after going undrafted and being on. NFL practice squad for a year

Currently coaching high school football for 11 years now

Well to find out what level of football they are in. The first thing to work on is footwork and then progress to hand eye coordination to start with fundamentals

I've worked with youth age all the way to collegiate athletes

Make sure they have some football credentials or pedigree, what are there training styles, what level athletes have they trained. What EDDs can they give you to work on at home or during your down time.
