About John

We at YAC are dedicated to helping all of our students develop their skills, build their confidence and mental mindset that will enable them to reach their goals.

We enjoy seeing our students succeed and learn the values of work ethic, trust and belief in oneself to achieve their best.

After I graduated from college at Cal Poly Slo, I returned home to begin coaching at the high school and saw an opportunity to work with athletes and teach them the skills I learned while training and preparing to play college football. I then began studying and researching various techniques, training programs  and coaching points to utilize when training athletes of all ages.

I'm a football coach at MOORPARK College and have been training athletes of all levels; youth, high school, college and professional for the past 20+ years.
