About Lora

We strive to have a friendly and fun environment while emphasizing on safety and gaining knowledge of horses and riding/training. We are not a trainer's barn. We teach the rider to ride instead of how to just sit there. We specialize in all around Appaloosa horses but, also welcome any and all breeds! Our program covers, jumping, English flat work, saddleseat, western pleasure, horsemanship, showmanship and western performance classes. We also teach dressage, both Western and English. Our FB page is Schuster Show Horses

I rode as a youth and begain teaching at a day camp back in 1989.  I started to gain more customers and it just built from there.

Many years of coaching on the Regional, National and World level.  Our show record speaks for the program!

First lesson is an evaluation to see what experience the rider has.  After that, we customize a program that will best fit their needs.

I have worked with students of all ages!

You're never to old to start riding lessons

We have also worked with riders with disabilities, although, we are not a therapy program

This past summer I worked with a youth rider and her young horse.  She had an outstanding show season and won 7 out of 9 classes at the Tennessee 4-H State Championships!
