About Nivedita

Hello there! I am Nivi from Mauritius. I am a native speaker in French, English and Mauritian Creole and I am a Clinical Psychologist and I have completed an exchange at the University of Birmingham. I have been working as a language tutor of French, English and Russian for more than 7 years now and have gained immense experience by working with students of all ages. I am sure that we will find what suits you best and I look forward to meet you!

About the lesson

You are the focus of the lesson. Thus, understanding what works best for you and constructing the lesson plan accordingly are what's important for me. Indeed, I am very flexible and can adapt to your special needs and I also like to make use of tips and tricks that I learnt as a Psychology student to enhance the lessons.

My 5 y.o. daughter started French classes with Nivi in February 2021. We are very happy we found Nivi as she is a great teacher. Nivi has structure to all the lessons, very flexible and responsible, she keeps my 5 y.o. focused and also interested during lessons. Highly recommended for children! And Nivi has a charming smile, it is a pleasure to see her every time my daughter has a class.

I have been knowing her for 3 years. She is a student of developmental (children) physiologist. As a Mauritian, she is a polyglot and knows six languages. Her English and French are without even a slightest accent. She began as an English teacher for kids and got a lot of experience. She is really active and her students love her classes. I witnessed that they improved their English and French thanks to her. You will not regret!
