Perfect! I'm in the United States, so finding a tutor who understands where I'm coming from as far as my background, my abilities or lack thereof, and my nervousness in learning tabla really played a crucial role in selecting Tanay as my tutor.
He is professional, kind, very thorough, and knows his craft.
He makes you feel at ease, inspires confidence, and is VERY Patient.
His method of teaching is so unique and comfortable.
He does emphasize practice and patience when learning this amazing instrument.
I've already recommended him to several other family members.
When you see how passionate he is about playing tabla and helping others to do the same, you just know you have the right person on this journey.

My motivation for teaching is my guru. I am in a field where many students want to learn but they don't know how and where to start. Because I have also faced this problem. So I want to teach students who really want to learn.
How does your work help society?
Tabla is a very old art form. It is not only art form but it helps you to meditate. You can release your stress by playing and learning tabla . My subject can release stress of society.
