Before I became a therapist and coach, I spent 25 years in the corporate world leading global teams and managing over 500 million in business. So I understand pressure, deadlines, burnout, and the feeling of carrying everything on your shoulders.

At the same time, I have spent more than 30 years on an inward journey. I bring both worlds into my work with you.

My sessions are designed to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more in control of your life, one step at a time. I blend practical tools with deep inner work so you do not just talk about your problems, you actually shift them at the root.
