About Gemma-Leigh
I am an enthusiastic person who loves 'AHA' moments (that moment when everything seems to spontaneously make sense and it feels SO GREAT). These are extremely frequent in language and science subjects. Furthermore, I love hiking the beautiful trails found all across South Africa. When I am not out and about in nature, you will find me engrossed in a fiction or fantasy book, or taking care of all my wonderful plant-babies!

I am able to tailor each lesson to help you reach your subject specific goals. All lessons will be given in English.
For the Science Students: I have a PGCE specialising in Natural Science (ages 12 - 16) and Physical Sciences (ages 15 and up). I have also completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Chemistry and Chemical Technology. I have relevant experience teaching these subjects. Chemistry is my absolute favourite!
For the English Students: I have been awarded a distinction in a 120 hour advanced TEFL/TESOL course.
You will find that many of my lessons are inquiry-based where I will tailor the lesson according to your goals or shortcomings.
