About Karen

Raised by a Belgian diplomat, I was educated at a variety of excellent schools on 4 continents. My favorite was in Geneva, Switzerland with Bujumbura, Burundi following closely on its heels. Education and communication are vital in our ever-evolving society. With my broad education and knowledge of many French dialects spoken throughout the world, you will derive a sense of confidence in your ability to understand and respond appropriately in formal as well as informal situations.

About the lesson

Versatile and well versed in tailoring a curriculum to each individual based on their learning style and goals.
From absolute beginners to advanced, all are welcome. Quirky, funny, versatile, and above all, personable, I try to make learning a language fun and enjoyable. Pre-made lesson plans can be implemented or put together based on the student's objectives.
