About Joshua

I'm a French-Australian student and have studied in both countries. I think languages are so interesting in that they offer different ways of describing the world around us, and reveal cultural diversities too. I come from a family of teachers and have worked in education-related workplaces before. Ultimately, I want to be a secondary teacher so I'm keen to keep working towards that!

About the lesson

As a native French speaker, I can provide qualitative lessons to intermediate speakers focusing on conversational skills. French is an old language that is difficult to practice in a natural way. In my opinion, the best way to improve your French is to just dive in! We'll have informal conversations during which I'll correct your mistakes, offer some conversational tips and tricks, and provide additional (and up-to-date) vocabulary. You can't learn everything from books unfortunately.
