French native speaker with teaching experience offers French lessons for all levels in Bristol

Bonjour a tous de Vienna!

Last year I wanted my 15 - year - old - son to take french classes with a private teacher to practice conversation and help him develop a positive relation to the french language and culture by applying his rather theoretical knowledge from high school (2 years of french, level A2) in real conversations with a real french person.

One of my colleagues recommended Anna, who was teaching french, her mother tongue, in high schools in Vienna within an EU - supported programme.

From the very beginning both my son and myself enjoyed the meetings with Anna.
We would start having a nice chat and then my son continued with Anna reworking topics from school, reading and writing texts and speaking about them. Also, Anna used to suggest topics and speaking games on her own to enrich the learning experience and arouse interest and curiosity. And of course, she would enrich the classes with colloquial expressions - very important to a teenager! ; )

Not only is she highly professional and truly committed to getting her pupils to speak fluently and express themselves correctly in writing, but also is she a refined person whom it is a pleasure to discuss cultural, social and political topics with.

Most of all - she is really sympathetic and will encourage you to get to know this wonderful country, its people and its language - La France!
